This 90-credit program focuses on developing practical accounting knowledge and skills. It is designed to prepare individuals for employment in the accounting field in occupations such as: Bookkeeper or Bookkeeping Clerk; Accounting Clerk or Assistant; Accounts Receivable or Payable Clerk; Auditing Clerk; Payroll Clerk or Specialist, and Tax Preparer. In addition, graduates of this program may enroll in Green River’s Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Accounting program. Students planning to pursue the Accounting, BAS should meet with an advisor early in their associate degree program and take the specific courses recommended when multiple options exist. Fees: 695.59 (Per credit fee)
