Kabul talaplary

Doctoral Program:Under the age of 40, a master degree or equivalent qualification with the degree belongs to the relevant discipline of the chosen doctoral degree program. English competence certificates: -Applicants from countries where English is the official language are exempt from proof of English language proficiency. -The applicants that use English as the language of instruction at high school,may use the language certificate issued by the high school. -If the applicant does not meet any of above criteria, then IELTS or TOFEL result is preferred. -If the applicant cannot provide any English competence certificate mentioned above, SAU will evaluate the applicant's English level by checking the English self-introduction video and English result on the transcript.
