Overview

The Accounting program at Western Washington University equips students with essential skills in financial reporting, auditing, and taxation. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices, preparing them for a successful career in the financial sector.

   Send the free application — your advisor checks every document before it goes to the university.

   Get your offer

   The university reviews your file and issues the acceptance letter.

   Confirm & visa

   Accept the offer — your advisor then prepares the visa file with you.

   Enroll & arrive

   Finalize enrollment on arrival and start classes.

Admission requirements

Completed secondary/high-school education with good grades in relevant subjects, or an equivalent qualification / recognised foundation or pathway programme.

Language requirements

English-language proficiency is required. Where a minimum IELTS/TOEFL/PTE score is listed above, that figure is the threshold; otherwise typical requirements are around IELTS 6.0–6.5 for undergraduate and 6.5–7.0 for postgraduate study (or an accepted equivalent, or a Medium-of-Instruction waiver). Confirm the exact score with your advisor.

Proof of English proficiency — typically IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo or equivalent (see the minimum scores listed). A Medium-of-Instruction (MOI) letter may be accepted in place of a test by some institutions.
