The University of Bath received its royal charter in 1966 and is one of the top 10 universities in the UK. The public research university in Bath, Somerset, has its beautiful main campus on Claverton Down. A two-time winner of the Queen's Anniversary Prize, Bath is especially famous for research, and 87% of it has been termed world-leading. Four faculties - Engineering & Design, Humanities & Social Sciences, Management, and Science- offer over 300 courses at different levels.
