Adelphi University

Founded in 1896, Adelphi University was the first private and co-educational university on Long Island. Its main campus was in Garden City, with three other campuses in Hudson Valley, Suffolk County, and Manhattan Centre. The university provides undergraduate, graduate, on-campus, and online programs. Candidates can choose from over 60 undergraduate courses, including art history, marketing, neuroscience, philosophy, etc., and more than 65 graduate programs in accounting, biotechnology, psychoanalytic supervision, nutrition, etc. Some of the top programs offered by the university are nursing, general psychology, biology, and business administration & management.
